Refund policy
Returns
We have a 2-week return policy, which means you have 2-weeks after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with the price tag.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Missing Orders Policy:
We must be notified of any undelivered or missing orders within 90 days from the order date. After 90 days, we cannot offer refunds, replacements or store credit. The policy helps us ensure timely resolution and maintain accurate records.
Custom Jackets
Each jacket is custom-designed by Tiffany. Orders are fulfilled when she is available between tours and other engagements. This can take at minimum 4–8 weeks. By ordering, you reserve your place in line.
Order today and we'll email you a form with additional information to fill out regarding jacket materials, and other needed production notes. Jacket(s) can not be fulfilled until you have sent us the follow-up details and a Zoom call with Tiffany is scheduled.
If you have not received your email from us within three (3) days of ordering, please reach out to our Radikal Redz customer support.
Custom Jackets CANNOT be returned.
